ProxyTool provides digital proxy services that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods and services that are consumed upon delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes both one-time (Pay-as-you-go) purchases and monthly subscriptions.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service that begins immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once bandwidth has been allocated to your account.
One-time bandwidth purchases are non-refundable once the bandwidth has been credited to your account. The bandwidth does not expire and can be used at any time. We do not offer partial refunds for unused bandwidth.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle after cancellation.
Upon cancellation:
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion:
To request an exception, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge with details of the issue.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining bandwidth or subscription benefits. We reserve the right to dispute any illegitimate chargebacks.
Any free trial bandwidth, promotional credits, or bonus bandwidth provided are non-transferable and non-refundable. These are provided as a courtesy and may be revoked at any time if abuse is detected.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided for any remaining bandwidth or unused subscription time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in illegal activities, abuse, or violation of our acceptable use policies.
For consumers in the European Union: Under EU law, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. However, as per Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By purchasing our services, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.
