ProxyCap is becoming NetDetour — and it's still finding its feet

- Rebrand in progress — ProxyCap is being rebuilt and renamed NetDetour. If you searched for "ProxyCap" and landed on an unfamiliar name, that's why.
- WFP engine is experimental — the new interception layer is built on the Windows Filtering Platform (WFP), but it currently only runs in an experimental mode and doesn't route reliably yet. Expect rough edges on Windows until it stabilises.
- Still single-machine at heart — like the original, it's a per-device tool: no account, no cloud sync, no central dashboard across your machines.
- ProxyTool is stable today — kernel-level routing that's shipping now, plus everything the classic client never had.
