What Is My IP Address
The address this page actually loaded from, the network that owns it, and a score built only from the checks on this page.
What this test does that others don't
Other testers: Print a city from a database and call it your location.
This test: Country and network only. The city is left out.
Other testers: Show a score with no reason behind it.
This test: Every point taken off is named. A check that did not run is not counted.
Other testers: Call the VPN tunnel address a WebRTC leak.
This test: Only a second public address is a leak.
Checking
Reading the address this page loaded from.
WebRTC is gathered in the same check, so a local tunnel address is not reported as a leak.

The city is left out on purpose. An IPv4-only and an IPv6-only hostname can be configured; until then the other family is not invented.
IP score
Checking the signals that move the score.
A signal that has not come back yet is not treated as clean.
Questions people actually ask
Why is there no city?
City databases are often wrong, and a wrong city stated as fact is the complaint people bring to IP lookup sites. This page stops at the country and the network operator, which are the parts those databases get right.
Why do two IP sites show different places?
They buy different city databases and then present the guess as a location. Compare the address and the network name instead. If those differ, one of the sites is not seeing the same connection.
Where is my other IP version?
One page load uses one family, IPv4 or IPv6. This page says which one it saw. The other family is shown only when a separate address answers, and it is never filled in with a guess.
What is the IP score made of?
It starts at 100. A hosting network subtracts 10, a time zone that disagrees with the country subtracts 15, a non-English language that disagrees subtracts 15, a second public WebRTC address subtracts 20, a DNS resolver on another network subtracts 5, and each of SpamCop and DroneBL subtracts 5. A check that did not run is left out. It is not called clean.
Do TikTok, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon return those percentages?
No. The bars are the same checks multiplied by different weights. Those companies do not publish this number, and they do not use a public score site to decide. A high bar is not their approval.
Country and network names come from DB-IP, used under CC BY 4.0.
