Proxy Checker

Paste your own proxies. Each one is checked for a connection, the exit address, and the forwarding headers it actually sends.

What this test does that others don't

  • Other testers: Elite, anonymous, transparent: labels the checker made up.

This test: The forwarding headers the proxy actually sent.

  • Other testers: One format, and the password ends up in the result.

This test: Four line formats, four protocols. The password is hidden and not stored.

  • Other testers: A latency number with no exit address.

This test: Exit IP, network, country, and latency per line.

Ready

Paste your own proxies, then check them.

HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5. The password is used for the check and not stored. The only target is this site.

One proxy per line, up to 40. Passwords stay in this page for the check and are not saved.

Questions people actually ask

What happened to the elite anonymity label?

Checkers invent elite, anonymous, and transparent, and they disagree with each other. This one shows the forwarding headers the proxy sent. If another public address is in there, that address was disclosed. If not, it was not.

Do you store the proxy password?

No. The password is used for that one check and then dropped. It is not written to a log or a database. Copying the working lines copies them to your clipboard, which is your machine.

Why was a proxy rejected before it was tested?

Addresses on a private network, link-local addresses, and names like localhost are refused. The checker only connects outward to proxies you list, and only to this site's own echo, so it cannot be aimed at an internal host.

Country and network names come from DB-IP, used under CC BY 4.0.
